TECHNICIAN MENU

The Factory Menu contains items set at the factory that should not require field adjustment. In the event access is needed for some reason, coordinate with technical support. Changing I/O points or timers without consultation with the factory may result in erratic or faulty unit operation and may void the unit's warranty.

The Factory Menu is divided into 4 submenus:

  1. Input/Output: Digital inputs and outputs and analog inputs and outputs are mapped to match the controller wiring in this menu.
  2. Control Setup: Staging, timer delays, and system limits are set here.
  3. Change Passwords: Passwords for the Main, System, and Technician Menus may be viewed and changed here. Forgotten passwords may be recovered and changed through the factory menu in the event the Technician Password is lost.
  4. Save/Restore: The save/restore menu contains the factory save option that is set at the factory. All saves may be reset in this menu as well.

INPUT/OUTPUT

  1. Analog Outputs: Map 0-10VDC outputs (Y1-Y6, U1-10) from the controller to component operation.
  2. Digital Inputs: Map digital inputs (24VAC or voltage-free, ID1-ID14, U1-U10) from the controller to alarms/component operation.
  3. Digital Outputs: Map digital outputs (NO 24VAC, NO1-NO12) from the controller to component operation.
  4. Analog Inputs: Map analog inputs (0-10VDC, 0-1VDC, 4-12mA, B1-B10, U1-U10) from the controller to component operation.

CONTROL SETUP

  1. Cooling Setup: Settings for percentage of PID demand for component activation, staging delay, and cooling lockout temperature.
  2. Compressor Ctrls: Settings for compressor delays, head pressure control settings, and compressor output limits.
  3. Control Mode: Sets sequence of operation and set point limits.
  4. Deh/Hum Setup: Settings for percentage of PID demand for component activation, suction pressure control, reheat operation, and low temperature lockout.
  5. Heat Setup: Settings for percentage of PID demand for component activation, heat pump control, and delays.
