Symptom: Blank Display

Possible Cause: Cable pulled by plastic connector.
Corrective Action: Cable was pulled by plastic connector and wires are no longer properly seated. Replace connector or cable.
Possible Cause: No communication with display.
Corrective Action: Refer to multi-unit sequencing addressing instructions. In stand-alone operation, the display is addressed at 32 and the controller is addressed at 1. In networked operation, the displays and controllers are addressed in pairs as indicated.
Possible Cause: Cable cut/not run in protective conduit.
Corrective Action: Examine cable for damage. A cut/shorting cable will damage the controller and is not covered under warranty. Replace cable, display, and controller.
